Makan - Makan || Tappers Cafe, Shaftsbury Square

One of the lunch hour me and colleagues had the opportunity to try at another one of the cafe in Shaftsbury Square, Cyberjaya.. This time around our makan spot was chosen based on the review in Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan show.. Tappers was one of the cafe visited..

the interior

The cafe was full that time since it was lunch hour on a Friday..Luckily there were a place for us.. we requested for a bigger table which was also available that time but they said they were expecting a bigger group so we were seated at table for 4..

The manager (I guess) was the one entertaining us.. we were given the menu and was let to choose.. than he came for our order.. we asked about the specials.. so he suggested the Chicken Parmigiana.. he said it was featured in the JJCM show.. So we ordered one and another 3 dishes.. the menu came together with drinks.. The prices for lunch set was affordable..

We didn't have to wait long for our drinks to be served.. then came our food.. but they served it one at a time.. by the time all our food were served, our table was too full.. and at the same time the vacant table for 6 that we requested earlier was seated by 2 person and not one of the staff said anything.. hurrmmmm.. 

We were satisfied with the food presentation but sorry to say that the taste was not to out liking.. it could be much better.. We concluded that after this we won't believe the review by this particular tv show.. and we won't be visiting this cafe in the new future..

According to my colleague, the chicken was a bit plain and bland.. she had to add chilli sauce for more taste..

Tappers Hainanese Chicken Chop

Actually this colleague of mine was craving for another kind of chicken chop but this is the only chicken chop available so she opted for this.. not to her liking..

chicken parmigiana

This was suppose to be the best.. but I didn't quite like the sauce.. something missing.. but all 4 of us agreed that the coleslaw and fries is good..

chicken schnitzel

 the portion is big hence the price is a bit higher than the other 3.. the sauce is the same sauce as the roast chicken.. she also added chilli sauce..

Price : Affordable to pay around RM 13.90 for a lunch set meal
Food : the food can be better and improve.. 
Service : good
Atmosphere : love the atmosphere.. all white and lean looking
Cleanliness : clean
Parking : free parking infront of the building or at the parking block at the back of the shop
