Penang Holiday || Day 2

We started early the 2nd day to catch the buffet breakfast at the hotel and to continue with our usual roti pisang and ice-cream at Telok Bahang.. We have to cross the road to get to the other side of the hotel for the breakfast..me and the husband brought Adam along for his first buffet breakfast experience.. we chose the table outside so we can get the morning sea breeze.. but the pool attracted Adam more than the wide spread of food that he can eat.. i tried to feed him porridge, scramble egg, bread and fruits plus full cream milk and soya milk.. but that couldn't take his attention away from the blue pool water..

After the breakfast and Adam's poo-poo experience at the dining table..we went back to the hotel room to join the others for the roti pisang breakfast..from the hotel, we passed by the new Hard Rock Hotel..unfortunately, i didn't bring the camera along..too bad..

The next thing to do after the BIG breakfast was swimming and other activities at the hotel.. off we went to the pool..it was crowded.. Adam and Ilman was the ones who enjoyed the swim while the rest just settle at the game room playing pool and wii.. Later, it gets quite windy..so i decided to take Adam out of the pool.. thanks to the warm pool towel that it warmed Adam's shivering body.. Then me and the husband took him for a walk at the beach.. there he saw the para-sail, jet-ski, horsie, and banana boat.. and he didn't gave any reaction when we put his foot touching the sand..he gave us the nothingness look..

Then we join the rest of the gang at the game room..there Adam fell asleep..and i brought him back to the hotel room..Soon after.. we checked out..

My brother and the family stayed for another nite at a city hotel to catch the train to Penang Hill while the rest of us went back to KL.. but before that we made a pit stop at Penang Road for our usual Nasi Kandar treat at Yasmeen and browsing at Sam's Batik House nearby..

The journey back was quite tiring as the husband was so sleepy because of the Nasi Kandar thing and we had to stop ALOT for his quick nap.. We ended arriving in KL at 12 midnite.. it took almost 9 hours to reach KL from Penang.. heeee.. i think Adam was the one who got bored the most of the journey home..

Next time we had to have the Nasi Kandar on the first day of the trip..either that or we stayed longer there since we missed the Gurney Drive Makansutra.. Will have to compensate on the next Penang Makansutra trip..
