Southern Special Part 2

Today is the day that we've been waiting for.. To Singapore! Tapi bukan nak pegi Universal Studio pon.. sebab based on my search.. USS tak sesuai untuk Adam's age.. so I suggested S.E.A Aquarium.. Sentosa jugak..

Asalnya plan nak drive to Singapore.. Waze kan ade.... Tapi pagi tu Dude tanye reception and according to them, nak drive-in to Singapore for the first time banyak nak kena bayar.. almost RM200.. tapi based on reading macam takde pulak cakap kene bayar sampai RM200.. Receptionist tu suggest naik bas dekat Bas Singapore bus stand nearby hotel tu je.. and the service start around 10 o'clock.. Nak dekat-dekat 10 tu kitorang drive to the bus stand.. walaupon dengar dekat hotel.. tapi dengan budak-budak adelah jauh ok?

Sampai-sampai sebijik bas pon takde.. bile bertanye.. bas ke Sentosa start pukul 10.45am.. sementara tunggu tu breakfast la dulu kat gerai situ.. makan nasi sepinggan.. settle.. sebab kat Singapore nanti makan ringan-ringan jek.. tak sanggup nak hangkut segala macam lauk & nasi..

Dalam pukul 10.30 bas dah ada.. and ada staff bus company tu.. bila tanye katenye RM5 to Sentosa and SGD5 from Sentosa.. same amount.. different value.. tapi siap bagi reminder.. make sure rush a bit at the imigration both Malaysia & Singapore sebab konsep bas ni lambat-tinggal! kalau lambat kene tunggu the next bas.. ok got it!

Adam very excited naik bas.. mula-mula duduk upper deck (double decker).. tapi after Malaysia's Imigration kitorang terpaksa berdiri.. takde seat.. tiba-tiba ramai pulak orang naik bas ni.. bas yang kosong jadi penuh.. Nasib baik kejap je berdiri.. just within the tambak tu je..

After Singapore's Immigration, I suggested to seat below.. senang sikit.. takyah rebut-rebut.. sebab semua orang nak duduk atas.. so all the way tu kitorang duduk elok..

Dah sampai kat Sentosa terus ke S.E.A Aquarium.. Dude beli tiket.. While waiting, ada 2 orang yang offer kononnya diorang terbeli extra ticket and are willing to letgo at a lower price.. macam takut je.. Nasib baik Dude dah beli so tak payah pikir.. even Dude pon curious.. takkan boleh terbeli lebih.. mesti dah kire berapa orang in your group kan? macam nak menipu je..

Before Aquarium tu (lower ground) ada pameran sikit-sikit pasal history of the world.. sebelum masuk aquarium tu toilet break kejap.. and bagi budak-budak snacks..

Overall S.E.A Aquarium ni lebih kurang macam Aquaria.. just bigger scale.. dier ader touch pool.. ade starfish.. shark and even shark's egg.. pastu the best thing is viewing tank dier.. besar betul.. macam satu theatre.. kat sini la kitorang snack break again.. ingatkan dah habis.. rupenye ade lagi sambung..

Ada dolphins.. connected to the dolphin cove.. ada banyak jelly fish.. fish toksah cakap laa.. macam-macam kaler ade.. To tell you the truth.. Adam biase-biase je.. mama dier yang lebih.. and the niece even tanye.. "ape lagi ade kat sini?"

Dah settle at Aquarium.. kitorang took the monorail to vivo city.. ingatkan nak shopping menggila since skarang kan christmas sale.. tapi mood tak mari la pulak.. adoiii.. kat sini kitorang makan Burger King.. fret not.. dah check.. ade sijil halal for all the food ye.. sijil tu ditampal kat kaunter.. perut pon rase lega..

Nak dekat maghrib kitorang pon balik ke Sentosa.. nak catch-up the 8 o'clock bus.. pegi awal takut ramai orang.. memang ramai pon sebenarnya.. sementara pukul 8 tu kitorang lepak dekat courtyard yang ade universal studio icon tu.. Dalam 7.30 turun semula ke kaunter and queue up untuk naik bas.. kali ni memang ramai betul.. bertolak-tolak.. ramai betul yang kiasu.. orang dah beratur pon dier boleh cut queue lagi.. kurang sopan betul.. luckily dapat tempat duduk.. dapatla riba Adam.. Masa Singapore Immigration tu traffic jam sebab rasanya time workers Malaysia balik sebab banyak worker's bus kat area tu.. jauh jugak menapak dari tempat bas stop sampai immigration tu.. Nasib baik bas pon lambat sampai so dapatla naik the same bus..

bye Sentosa

Masalah sekarang dekat immigration Malaysia.. ada confusion sikit.. Masa dah nak exit tu ada 2 area.. satu tulis JB SEntral and satu lagi platform bas.. I suggested to go to platform bas sebab nak naik bas.. tapi Dude follow a group of people yang dier recognise masa dalam bas menghala ke JB Sentral.. SALAH! JB Sentral adalah macam transport hub sebelah CIQ Malaysia.. Aduih.. terpaksa naik teksi balik ke Taxi Stand for Singapore Taxi.. kat situ kitorang park kereta pon.. Satu hal la pulak..

Sebagai kesimpulan.. kalau nak ke Singapore with kids.. sila drive kereta.. naik bas adalah tidak sesuai.. takpon take the flight straight from KL.. senang.. Tak balance penat and seronok dier bile naik bas dan terpakse terkejar-kejar.. 

Fallen

Adam went to the Surau for Isya' prayer with Dude.. But I was shocked when they were back earlier than usual.. 

And then I saw him.. like this.. with tears in his eyes..

"Adam fall down ambik wudhu'"..

sian anak mama.. so after this you can only berwudhu' at home then solat Surau ok? but he's a tough cookie..  Dude said he insisted to continue to solat jemaah after falling..

Traffic jam on the way balik memang la tersangat teruk.. up till kene exit at Ipoh semata-mata untuk ke toilet.. R&R?? fail!

Lagipon Dude memang need the rest from the stress.. from Butterworth around pukul 2.. and we only manage to reach Ipoh at 10 malam.. bayangkan the stress??

Lepas dah exit tu, cari pulak tempat makan.. memang dah lapar sangat2.. pusing-pusing jumpe Mydin Mall yang baru bukak tu but that is not an option.. so carik a decent resturant around area tu and stumble upon this restaurant..

It is a decent restaurant with lots of choices.. tapi kitorang order masakan panas laa.. would stop again to try other food..

Food : nice but I've yet to try their laksa

Atmosphere :a normal restaurant but they need to install a good ventilation because whenever they are cooking the whole restaurant shrouded with smoke.. 
Cleanliness : clean 
Parking : plenty of parking infront of the restaurant

I'm Back!

Finally we've arrived safely after 12 hours journey to KL.. and we're just up..

FINALLY ...

the working days for the week are over.. i was clouded with bad luck this week..work wise.. hell week i must say..

it all started with my boss blaming me being lazy & everything.. the fact is i was trying my very best to do what was expected of me BUT it all depends to other people.. something that is beyond my control.. but she refused to listen to my explanation.. well.. that's it.. i just sucked it all in that day.. and it ruined the rest of my working day.. but as i went back home and saw my handsome boys' face..all the bad things that happened that day just vanished.. can you imagine the power of a 1 year old smile have on me? it made up to all the tears wasted that day..

then today i was scolded by another boss (a higher ranking boss) on the mistake done by his assistant..and he also didn't listen to my explanation.. does he thinks that his assistant is always right? she won't do any mistakes? in the end the truth surfaced.. but it didn't made up for the words that have been blurted out to me.. even the assistants' appologisng didn't meant a thing!

this really was a bad week for me.. hope next week would be much nicer.. and more jolly..

The First Time

We were supposed to join some of the husband's friend at Uptown Damansara for a supper.. unfortunately, our used to be loyal car stop right in the middle of the road in a massive traffic jam.. it's like the battery went dead cause everything stop..even the radio and lights.. BUTTT.. my father changed the battery earlier that day.. what is happening??

Luckily the husband made a good judgement.. stopping in the middle of 2 traffic lane.. suddenly a motorcycle stopped infront of us.. he claimed that he's a mechanic and would like to have a look at the engine..me on the other hand called my father to get the mechanic that changed the battery come to rescue us.. since we are regular at his shop.. the man that claimed he's a mechanic said we have this problem with something that i can't recall but willing to help with RM200 charge.. we said that we'd wait for our mechanic..

Waited for half and hour than my father came to the rescue with the whole family on tow including Adam who's asleep on my mother's lap.. I then join the rest of the family home while my father and the husband waited for our mechanic..

As we arrived home, the other car arrived a few seconds after.. the mechanic just jumped start our car and promise to come and fetch for repair tomorrow.. this is my first time experiencing this.. Never in my life that my car stop on me in the middle of the road..

Today i punch myself in at the office a bit late..exactly 8.06 am (sangatla lambat kan??!)..thanx to an accident at MRR2.. between a trailer and a car (i guess!) my view was blocked by a lorry.. at one of the hilly area..the morning drizzle didn't help with the traffic that much..
