A wedding of a Srikandi..

Since Dude's working, I went there with another Srikandi together with Adam..

The wedding is in Seremban..

We arrived at the wedding just as the bride & groom arrived..

But since I came with Adam, and he's already hungry..

So I ate first before meeting the bride & groom..

Together with other Srikandi's, we went to see the bride and took a couple of pictures..

and some wefie's..

After what seems like thousands of wefie's, we made our separate ways..
Me and my partner went home..

Such a happy moment to see the girls again..
So missing the happy days in Desa Tun..

A wedding reception of a neighbour somewhere in Wardieburn Camp, Setapak. Made a promise to the groom's mother to be there.. So, by hook or by crook we must be there..

The thing we love most there is the cendol and the photobooth..

Wedding || Zira & Adam

A wedding reception of Dude's colleague.. An evening reception at the groom's family house.. this is a invite only reception.. and Dude was given an invitation with a plus 1.. No luck of bringing Adam along.. He was truly disapointed.. because surprisingly.. he loves weddings! I guess he loves more of the food part.. not the whole ceremony thingy..

Luckily Adam was not there.. the ceremony started late.. Adam won't last long.. And it was a warm night.. By the end of the reception, I just couldn't care less about how I look anymore.. The food by Felda D'Saji.. I can already guess on the menu..   

The downside of hosting a sit-in reception dinner at home is you couldn't cater the entertainment to all the guests because of the seating arrangements.. Our table was the ones that missed all the entertainment especially the videos from the whole family to the bride & groom..

We were among the first ones to leave the reception once they ended.. We had a long way back home.. somemore somebody is waiting for us very impatiently.. ehehehe..

My auntie's youngest son.. so this is her last wedding to host.. the venue is pusat komunity Bukit Bandaraya.. they co-host between the groom & bride's family.. I guess this is better, a part from sharing the cost, it saves time and the hassle.. so you prepare the celebration at one go..

It was such a beautiful event.. I love the dais and their theme colour.. and love love love their photobooth.. a background of cherry blossom drawing using chalk on a blackboard.. looks so very classic.. such a good idea..

Wedding || Putri Shahreen & Husband

A simple wedding ceremony of a cousin..

Everything were settle within a day..

So convenient..

Her akad was in the morning and then followed by kenduri after that..

The only problem is the hot weather.. it was really hot..

I was sweating like crazy..

Until I found a nice cosy and shady seat under a tree..

And the best thing is the seat is next to a pisang goreng cheese booth..

They fried the pisang fresh with their special batter and then they put on top of the pisang freshly grated cheese (from a block of cheese) together with condensed milk and i think they either put cocoa powder or MILO..

I tell you it was triple orgasm..

I was like not too interested in trying after my last experience..

But the girl minding the booth kept on asking me to try..

her words are like "sekali cuba mesti nak lagi dan lagi"

so I tried a piece much to her suggestion to take the normal 3 pieces..

And I ended up repeating over and over..

Serious sedap!!

I went back at almost 4 o'clock and came back after to help the cleaning up process..

It was memorable affair!

Kenduri kawan Dude at Bukit Beruntung.. Dewan ni sebenarnya lot kedai yang diconvertkan ke dewan.. kawasan dia memang kosong.. tapi dalam tu dah cantik sebijik macam dewan-dewan biasa pergi..

Tapi kitorang tak lama at the wedding.. lepas makan.. tunggu kejap sambil makan satay.. tapi dah tak sempat nak tunggu pengantin.. Adam dah nak penat nak tido..

As we were about to leave.. Pengantin sampai.. dapatla ambik gamba pengantin sementara tengah tunggu nak berarak masuk dewan..

Wedding || Khalis Zhafri & Wife

The groom is actually my boss's son.. so naturally most of us would attend the wedding.. Since this is the last year before my boss retired.. and the last wedding she hosted before retired, we decided to no matter what attend this wedding.. eventhough it is waaayy in Paroi..

With the shocking news of MH 370 disappearance (hope will be found soon!) and the worst traffic jam from Nilai to Senawang.. we made it.. not that much of pictures collection..

The next day after the akad nikah.. my cousin hosted a reception at the Kristal Hall, TM Convention Centre in Bangsar.. The food was okay but the company were terrific!! It was such a fun when gathering with the family.

Not much of pictures since Adam hogging my handphone.. only manage to take a couple picture at the entrance of the hall..
