He's Back from Down Under

Adam is one happy little camper..

now that his BFF is back..

Air Division Family Outing @ FRIM

Lepas the 1st event last 2 years berjaya.. Our boss requested for another one before she leaves the department.. This is her final year before retiring.. Actually she requested one last year.. but everybody was to busy to organise it hence postpones to this year..

She even requested on the venue.. This time around we make a more simpler arrangement.. we only brought snacks for morning.. Lunch are prepared by caterer.. senang kan?

Suasana ofis dah kelam kabut on the week of the event.. semua orang dah start busy with double works.. the office works and the family day work..

On the day, kitorang antara yang terawal sampai.. paling dekat la katakan.. eheheh.. while waiting for everybody, Adam played with other kids..  Nak masuk FRIM kena bayar since we already paid for the venue, semua orang free entrance.. provided every car ada identification sticker yang kitorang design and email to FRIM..

The event start dengan senamrobik.. then followed by some simple games.. sambil main game sambil makan.. Good partipation from everybody..

Finally the price giving and closing by the boss.. and oh... lunch is luxurious.. bbq chicken, prawns and all the sausages, fries and fried rice..

something to take note of for the next event is to make sure somebody is incharge of taking pictures..

Sending Dude Off

It seems that Dude's company trip always coincide with our planned trip.. this time around his trip going Down Under.. Adam sangatla happy nak pergi KLIA expecting he is going with the father.. Bila tengok Dude queue with his friends dengan a single small luggage.. dia dah dapat rasa that dia kena tinggal.. mula la drama berkepit dengan papa..

I think he now enjoys travelling after our trip to Europe.. Nanti kena plan and kumpul duit for next trip la ni.. For now we just let Papa enjoy his trip with friends ok?

 

Teachers Day 2014

I took quite some time to think of an idea on what to give for Adam's teacher.. Since this is his last year at the school before attending primary.. After so much thinking (and surfing the net) I finally decide to give his teachers a set of teabags.. get it TEA-cher?

Brought Adam along to shop for the teabags and couple of other stuff.. so he picked 4 tea flavours..

All items are especially hand made by moi.. Hope his teachers love them.. and remembers Adam when they have their cuppa..

Exploring Europe Part 12 || Schiphol - Dubai - KLIA

We took the train to Schiphol.. Only at the airport that I felt really tired.. Thats why there were not many pictures of us at the airport..

Exploring Europe Part 11 || Amsterdam City

Today is our final day for our trip.. and we spent it by walking around Amsterdam city.. But we were a bit delayed because of the rain.. Only to learn that it always rain cats and dogs here in Amsterdam..So you can always continue walking unlike in Malaysia you will get soaked..

From our walk, I fell in love with their row of houses along the canal.. so unique.. once I noticed some building are not even standing straight..

For lunch, we went to an Indonesian Restaurant with a couple of friends who coincidently are also on a trip to Amsterdam from Manchester.. it was fun to travel in a much bigger group.. One thing, Adam is not dependant on us.. he would always prefer walking with other people (in this case kakak-kakak).. The food according to the friends from Manchester was marvelous.. it seems it have been quite some time for them to indulge on malay food.. so this is their chance..

We took their GVB tram to the restaurant.. you only need to pay the fare once.. and you can use the card for the next 24 hours anywhere you go.. on the 24th hour & 1 sec you will no longer able to use the card.. and you need to touch your card when you board and touch again before going off.. it is so convenient.. you can buy the ticket on the tram..

We ended our trip by visiting Hard Rock Cafe Amsterdam.. bought a couple of merchandise..

After collecting our luggage from our hotel, Plaza Park Victoria, off we go to Amsterdam Centraal to catch the train to Schipol.. We checked-out from the hotel earlier before we went out for lunch.. and leave our luggage at their luggage room..
