Makan - Makan || Meat Point, TTDI

the shop

Another place that we went to to have halal steak.. read about this place in some of the blog review.. The place was not that hard to find..

The shop was not that full when we arrived.. we were asked to pick our own steak and doneness.. the price range was according to the type of the steak and the weight..  You also get to choose your own side dishes consists of vege and potatoes..

We ordered mushroom soup and garlic bread for Adam.. and we settled with warm water instead of the normal fresh fruit juice..

The mushroom soup was delicious.. Adam wallop all of it without offering a bit to us..

Then our steak came.. I was quite disappointed with the side dishes portion.. quite small to compare with the steak.. and another thing.. if you notice, I didn't order my usual t-bone steak.. they were out of t-bone.. a little bit frustrated.. so I ended up with grain fed striploin..

Mr. AZ ordered grass fed tenderloin.. he was happy with his plate..

We decided that Meat Point would be the place we go to for a steak if we were in the area or somewhere near.. but we won't be going all the way to TTDI for a steak.. because for us the steak was at par with the one we get from Meat U Here..

Food : The steak was cook according to doneness.. but I would prefer if the vege's potion to be bigger.. no matter steamed or sauteed
Service : good.. no complaint there
Atmosphere : another nice place to have halal steak.. simple ID of the place..
Cleanliness : clean
Parking : parking is not a problem.. lots and lots parking lot in front of the shop
